Returns Policy

At EasySlice, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we make returns straightforward.

1. Eligibility
   • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt.
   • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
   • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2. Process
   • To initiate a return, please email us at hello@easyslice.com with your order number and reason for return.
   • Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for shipping your item back.
3. Refunds
   • Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
   • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or an error was made on our part.
4. Exchanges
   • If you need a different product, we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order.
